Membership-Based Alliance – Organizing waste workers into collectives for welfare, safety and protection, recognition, and better working conditions. Many waste worker become part of alliance every year.
Training & Capacity Building – Enhancing skills and awareness among waste handlers to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Bailing Machine Support – Providing machinery and resources to encourage entrepreneurship in waste management and improve livelihoods, with 5 bailing machines provided to community members.
Social Protection Linkages – Connecting waste workers to government welfare schemes, ensuring access to healthcare, financial aid, and social security, with 2,000 workers linked to social protection schemes every year.
